In the winter of ’72 two brothers from South Philly, Joseph and Dominic Marino opened a corner pizzeria in Runnemede, New Jersey. The flour salesman and the high school teacher had no prior food industry experience. They learned as they went but turned to their mother Carmela for recipes that became the foundation of this South Jersey landmark. From the beginning they had two guiding principles: use the best ingredients and treat their customers like family.
NEW JERSEY CHEF ANTHONY MARINO CREATES HIS DELICIOUS CUBANO SANDWICHWITH CAREFULLY PICKED INGREDIENTS. ANTHONY WORKS WITH HIGH QUALITY PRODUCE TO ENSURE THE BEST RESULTS FOR HIS CUSTOMERS.
WHEN HE WAS 11 YEARS OLD, ANTHONY MARINO HID IN THE BACK OF HIS FATHER’S ITALIAN RESTAURANT IN CAMDEN COUNTY, AWAITING HIS CHANCE TO PLACE A FRESHLY MADE PIZZA PIE INTO THE HUGE OVEN.

I've dined in and take out. Food is fantastic and dining in great atmosphere. They are family frien dly. Everyone is pleasant and happy. Never a "grumpy" team member. There has NOT been any complaints from me. All my orders were done with perfection and more than enough to eat. I need to add the owners treats their employees wonderful. One example, they closed the facility early, Superbowl Sunday, so the crew was able to watch at least some of the game. They posted many notices for the customers. THEY DESERVE ATLEAST 5 STARS ! If there were ten stars, they would have my votes Read more
